These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program provided by DW Venture Group (“DW Venture Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from DW Venture Group, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

You may cancel SMS/text messaging from DW Venture Group at any time.

You may also use other standard opt-out keywords where supported, including END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a final SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
After your opt-out request has been processed, DW Venture Group will no longer send SMS messages to that mobile number through the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently provide consent to receive messages again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Mobile Information and Privacy
DW Venture Group respects the privacy of SMS subscribers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
DW Venture Group may use service providers as reasonably necessary to facilitate SMS delivery and operate our communications systems. Such providers may process information solely as necessary to provide services on our behalf.

10. Eligibility and Responsibility

DW Venture Group may modify or discontinue the SMS Messaging Program or these SMS Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary.
Changes may be reflected by updating these Terms and the effective date displayed above.
